A quick easy and nutritious guacamole recipe with a fruity twist!
2 ripe avocados-peeled, halved and pitted
1/2 cup of fresh pineapple-peeled, cored and diced
1/2 cup of mango-peeled, seeded and diced
1/4 cup of red onion-diced
Chopped fresh cilantro to taste
2 limes juiced
Salt and ground pepper to taste
Mash the avocados in a large bowl, mix in the pineapple, mango, red onion, cilantro, lime juice, salt and black pepper until well blended.
