I love Antiques

For me, it’s all about the details…. When I was ten years old while vacationing in the Andes, my father gave me some pocket money and told me that I could buy anything I wanted with my money, I bought two antique bottles of medicine and an iron, he was surprised that a 10 year old would buy some antiques instead of one of those beautiful traditional handmade dolls, my love for antiques started at a very young age #antiques #vintage #loft #loftstyle #loftdecor #loftliving #oldmontreal #homedecor

If you are as lunatic as I am you probably know tonight is the full Moon, although it’s effects on humans has not been proven, to me it’s just a mysterious, mystical, romantic event! And since we are on the subject of romance lets enjoy Moondance by Michael BublĂ©, I wish you all a fantabulous night to make romance…

Maria xx

“The term lunar effect refers to the unfounded belief that there is correlation between specific stages of the Earth’s lunar cycle and deviant behavior in human beings that cannot simply be explained by variation in light levels. There is no scientific reason to expect this to be the case, and in spite of numerous studies, no significant lunar effect on human behaviour has been established. Scholars debunking the effect sometimes refer to it as the Transylvanian hypothesis or the Transylvanian effect to emphasise its fanciful nature.” (Excerpt from Wikipedia).

Well, it’s a marvelous night for a moondance
With the stars up above in your eyes
A fantabulous night to make romance
‘Neath the cover of October skies
And all the leaves on the trees are falling
To the sound of the breezes that blow
And I’m trying to please to the calling
Of your heart-strings that play soft and low
And all the night’s magic seems to whisper and hush
And all the soft moonlight seems to shine in your blush

Can I just have one a’ more moondance with you, my love
Can I just make some more romance with a-you, my love

Well I wanna make love to you tonight
I can’t wait till the morning has come
And I know now the time is just right
And straight into my arms you will run
And when you come my heart will be waiting
To make sure you’re never alone
There and then all my dreams will come true, dear
There and then I will make you my own
And everytime I touch you, you just tremble inside
And I know how much you want me that you can’t hide

Can I just have one a’ more moondance with you, my love
Can I just make some more romance with a-you, my love

Well, it’s a marvelous night for a moondance
With the stars up above in your eyes
A fantabulous night to make romance
‘Neath the cover of October skies
And all the leaves on the trees are falling
To the sound of the breezes that blow
And I’m trying to please to the calling
Of your heart-strings that play soft and low
And all the night’s magic seems to whisper and hush
And all the soft moonlight seems to shine in your blush

One more moondance with you in the moonlight
Can’t I just have one more dance with you my love
